Now Hiring: Evening Program Lead Coach
Hours: Part-Time Leadership Role with Performance-Based Growth
Pay: Base Compensation $1,200/month with Competitive Performance Bonuses
We are entering a new growth phase and are hiring an Evening Program Lead Coach to own and elevate our evening programs.
This is not a casual coaching position.
This is a leadership role with growth potential and performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities
Coach 4–6 evening classes weekly
Own evening on-ramp and new member experience
Conduct No Sweat Intros
Follow up with leads and absences
Track attendance metrics
Lead culture and member engagement
Support assistant coaches
Execute quarterly growth initiatives
Compensation & Income Opportunity
This role is designed for someone who wants to build a program, develop strong member relationships, and grow their income alongside the growth of the evening community.
This role includes a base leadership stipend plus multiple opportunities to increase income as the evening program grows.
Base Leadership Pay
$1,200 per month
This covers coaching evening classes and leadership responsibilities including lead follow-up, member check-ins, attendance tracking, and program development.
New Member Bonuses
The Evening Program Lead earns bonuses for helping new athletes successfully join the community. These bonuses reward both strong outreach and successful member retention.
Program Growth Bonuses
Additional bonuses are earned as the evening program grows.
5% -10% of monthly evening revenue growth
Hybrid Training
The Evening Program Lead may offer small-group training or hybrid training sessions for members seeking additional accountability and individualized programming.
Compensation structure: $20-$60 per hour based on group number.
These sessions provide additional income while supporting member results and retention.
Expected Time Commitment
Approximately 15–20 hours per week, including:
Coaching 6–8 evening/weekend classes weekly
Lead follow-up and No Sweat Intros
Member engagement and attendance tracking
Program leadership and communication
