All Ages.
We welcome all ages. Yes, we mean ALL! We have troopers from late teens into their 80s in our boot camp. We do this by edited and customizing the workouts to fit a variety of needs based on our troops overall fitness, past and current injuries and mobility. For those that need a scaled down variation of the workout, we have you covered.

All Levels.
We truly believe that you can start here, with our 6-wk boot camp regardless of what your fitness level has been previously or currently is. We don’t think you should have to “get in shape” before you start a program. Just start! We encourage troopers to “just move” and do what they can do. Slowly but surely with our encouraging and supportive environment, troopers get stronger and fitter day to day.

Fitness.
Our group fitness classes combine cardio type or HIIT style workouts using body weight movements. We also encourage strength training in the form of dumbbell and kettlebell exercises. We finish off each class with a core exercise. All movements are able to be scaled and changed depending on the level of our athlete.
Transformation machine.
It all begins with you deciding to just DO IT! We like the say, the hardest part is signing up and driving to the gym, leave the rest to us. After joining and participating in our boot camp for 6-wks, you will experience the transformation machine. You will feel better inside and out than you have in a long time. You will experience improved fitness, speed, lung capacity, strength and mobility. But, you won’t experience any of that, if you don’t give it a try.
Fun and supportive.
One of the things that make our camp so special is the fun and supportive staff and community. When you join our boot camp, you become a part of a much bigger community and support group. You will find encouragement and support around every corner. Strangers will cheer you on and hi 5 you. Everyone is looking out for your safety, while still pushing you to see what you are capable of doing.
