    1. You Start When You’re Ready

    No waiting on a start date. Once you enroll, your 6 weeks begin with your first class. Choose the day that works for you, most people start on a Monday.

    2. Train Smart, Train Together

    Our program schedule keeps you progressing consistently:

    Mon / Wed / Fri – 7:45am, 10am, 6:30pm

    Tue / Sat – Make-ups or extra movement options

Q: What if I can’t attend all 3 days?
A: We encourage Mon/Wed/Fri but offer Tue and Sat as make-up or extra movement options. Consistency matters more than perfection.

Q: Do I need experience or be “in shape”?
A: No! The program scales for all levels — we coach technique and progress at your pace.

Q: What happens after 6 Weeks?
A: Many athletes transition into Build or other classes with a monthly membership— we'll help you find the next best step for your goals.

Q: Is this a membership?
A: This program is a stand-alone on-ramp. You can convert to a membership at any time but it’s not required to join.
