Tuesday: 9am, 10am (Build), 5:30pm, 6:30pm (Build), 7pm (Boot Camp)

Wednesday: 5:30am, 9am, 10am (Build), 5:30pm, 6:30pm (Build)

Thursday: 9am, 10am (Build) 5:30pm, 6:30pm (Build), 7pm (Boot Camp)

Friday: 5:30am, 9am, 10am (Build), 5:30pm

Saturday 9am (Boot Camp), 10am Fit

Our Boot Camp Program runs in 6-wk increments with classes offered Tue/Thurs at 7pm and Saturdays at 9am. We now also offer a Foundations 55+ program, which is a 6wk starter camp for those ages 55+ offered Mon/Wed/Fri at 10am. Check out more information here.
