Wednesday: 5:30am, 9am, 10am (Build), 5:30pm, 6:30pm (Build)
Thursday: 9am, 10am (Build) 5:30pm, 6:30pm (Build), 7pm (Boot Camp)
Friday: 5:30am, 9am, 10am (Build), 5:30pm
Saturday 9am (CrossFit), 10am Fit

Our Boot Camp Program runs in 6-wk increments with classes offered Tue/Thurs at 7pm and Saturdays at 9am.
Members: Please use the Zenplanner student app to view classes daily.
