With 13 years of coaching experience, Regina brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping people move, feel, and live better. Specializing in functional strength training and movement for active seniors, as well as youth athletes she understands how to adapt workouts to meet you where you are—whether you’re starting fresh, coming back from time off, or looking to build lifelong strength.

Regina’s coaching philosophy is simple: fitness should enhance your life, not just your workout. Through the Build program, she focuses on safe, effective, and scalable dumbbell training that helps you feel stronger, and move better.
